Breakfast in Liberia

Hey you!

I am currently sitting in a lovely Airbnb in Liberia, Costa Rica, and I wanted to share a lovely spot I found for breakfast. This is a quick post to share a delicious local bakery with fantastic coffee and the perfect place to go for breakfast and work. 

Liberia is a nice place to stay when you are between adventures in Guanacaste. The Airbnb I am staying at is located in front of the international airport, so it is an excellent spot if you are coming in or out of Costa Rica. 

Breakfast spot: 

Monk & Capra

Located inside Solarium, in front of the Liberia Airport, it is a small, cozy local coffee shop that serves breakfast, lunch, coffee, and brunch. The menu is healthy and the food is always fresh. 

Recently, Liberia has grown so much that you can find a Starbucks and a KFC, so my goal each time I come here is to support local businesses. 

What I ordered:

• Avocado toast with fried eggs on the side. 
• Matcha Latte with almond milk. 
• Bagel with eggs and ham. 

The staff is very friendly, and the place is nice to chill or work. It is spotless and always welcoming. So if you are in Liberia, go and check it out, and let me know if you liked it.
